Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ayatana Australia.

We currently ship exclusively to Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

All shipping rates and free shipping thresholds below are expressed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. During collection launches, sales, public holidays and other busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Australian Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over AUD 200.

All Australian orders are shipped with tracking and signature on delivery.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Express shipping remains AUD 23 regardless of order value.

New Zealand Shipping

We offer AUD 25 flat rate shipping, with free standard shipping on orders over AUD 250.

The free shipping threshold is expressed in Australian dollars, not New Zealand dollars.

Orders are shipped with tracking and signature on delivery.

Any applicable New Zealand import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges remain the customer’s responsibility unless already collected with the order.

United States Shipping

We offer AUD 30 shipping for one jumper (sweater) and free standard shipping for two or more jumpers purchased in the same order, delivered to the same address.

Orders are dispatched from Australia with tracking and signature on delivery.

Shipping rates above are in AUD, not USD. If you shop in another currency, refer to the amount and currency displayed with your order.

U.S. Import Duties and Tariffs

Applicable U.S. import duties and tariffs are included in our U.S. product prices and covered by Ayatana Australia.

No separate tariff payment will be requested after checkout.

If a carrier or customs authority requests payment of import duties or tariffs on your order, please contact us before paying so we can investigate.

U.S. Sales and Use Taxes

U.S. state and local sales or use taxes are not included in our product prices and are not covered by Ayatana Australia.

Customers are responsible for reporting and paying any sales or use tax that they are legally required to pay directly to their state or local tax authority. Whether these taxes apply depends on the rules where the customer lives.

These taxes are separate from the import duties and tariffs included in our prices.

Free Shipping Eligibility

For Australia and New Zealand, free shipping thresholds are calculated using the value of the products after discounts, excluding shipping and any separately charged taxes.

For U.S. orders, free shipping applies when two or more jumpers are purchased in a single order.

Free Shipping and Returns

If your Australian order qualified for free standard shipping and you later make a change-of-mind return, leaving you with items worth AUD 200 or less, the AUD 10 standard shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

If your US order qualified for free standard shipping and you later make a change-of-mind return, leaving you with items that no longer qualify for free shipping, the AUD 30 standard shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

If your New Zealand order qualified for free standard shipping and you later make a change-of-mind return, leaving you with items that no longer qualify for free shipping, the AUD 25 standard shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

This applies only to eligible change-of-mind returns. It does not apply to remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, or where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

Delivery Information

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Customs inspections, peak periods, severe weather and transport disruptions may affect delivery times. Remote locations may require additional time.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us within one hour of placing your order. We will do our best to update your details, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.

Missing, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

Ayatana Australia is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen, or delayed during transit.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the shipping provider and help resolve the issue.
